At DM Station, we partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand service, to fulfill and ship our products. This allows us to offer a wide range of high-quality items while reducing waste. Below, you'll find all the details on how we handle shipping.


Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing

All items are made to order, which means we take 2-7 business days to process and fulfill your order before shipping. Processing times depend on the product type and current demand.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled, Printful ships it directly to you. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Printful partners with global carriers such as:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status. If you havenโ€™t received a tracking email within 7 days, please check your spam folder or contact us at dmstationcontact@gmail.com.


International Shipping, Customs & Duties

Since Printful has fulfillment centers worldwide (USA, Europe, Australia, etc.), international orders are often shipped from the closest location to you.

However, for some regions, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your countryโ€™s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

We work with Printful to ensure your order arrives safely, but sometimes issues may occur.

๐Ÿ›‘ Lost or Stolen Packages โ€“ If your order is marked as delivered but you havenโ€™t received it, please contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, email us at dmstationcontact@gmail.com.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Damaged or Incorrect Orders โ€“ If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. Printful will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

๐Ÿ“ญ Shipping Delays โ€“ If your order has been in transit for an unusually long time, let us know, and weโ€™ll contact Printful for assistance.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because Printful starts processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is placed. However, if you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us at dmstationcontact@gmail.com within 12 hours, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
