Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:
✅ Unworn, unwashed, and unused
✅ In original condition with tags (if applicable)
✅ In original packaging, free from stains, odors, or damage
✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase

This applies to all items in your order, whether it’s a T-shirt, hat, mug, or any other item we sell.

To start a return, please email us at dmstationcontact@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back to us.

Damages & Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (whether it's a T-shirt, hat, mug, or anything else), please email us at dmstationcontact@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:
❌ Custom or personalized items (like customized T-shirts or personalized mugs)
❌ Items marked as final sale
❌ Gift cards

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style (whether it's a T-shirt, hat, mug, or anything else), the fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return, no questions asked. As long as the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition, it’s eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it’s been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
